We loved the location of the hotel, which was very near to the train station and really close to the subway. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, from the lobby to our room, everything was tidy and well-maintained.

This hotel is a great value for money. It is located very near to the train station, making it really convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are compact but well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast options are delicious and satisfying.

Our stay at Apa Hotel Ueno Ekimae was fantastic! The location was great, with easy access to Ueno Station and a lively street filled with delicious dining options. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Our room was always kept clean, and the daily housekeeping service was exceptional.
Although there was a minor hiccup with the check-in machine not accepting our credit cards, the staff were friendly and helpful in resolving the issue during our second stay. The breakfast was average, but considering the overall positive experience, it didn't dampen our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, being very near to the train station and the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are small but cozy, with a great view of Tokyo Skytree. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hotel even has a public bath on the 15th floor for relaxation.
Some guests have reported cleanliness issues, with hair from previous customers found on the floor.
